ChiScene Hub does not sell tickets. Every ticket link routes to the venue, promoter, or official ticketing partner. All purchases, refunds, transfers, will-call issues, entry disputes, age verification, and event cancellations are handled solely by that third-party seller.

We are not liable for sold-out events, ticket scams on external sites, price changes, event postponement, dynamic pricing, fees added at checkout, lost or invalid tickets, or any communication breakdown between you and the seller. Always verify you are on the seller's official site before paying.

ChiScene Hub may host a user-to-user resale board so fans can pass tickets they can no longer use. ChiScene Hub is not a party to any resale transaction. We do not process payment, verify ticket authenticity, escrow funds, mediate disputes, or guarantee delivery, entry, or refunds.

Buyers and sellers communicate and transact entirely at their own risk. ChiScene Hub disclaims all liability for fraud, no-shows, invalid tickets, chargebacks, or any loss arising from a resale. Resale prices must comply with all applicable state and local laws. Only event tickets may be listed. Any attempt to use the resale board to sell anything other than a legitimate ticket — especially drugs, weapons, or any other illegal goods or services — will result in a permanent, lifetime ban and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Every account holder must accept this agreement at signup. By using ChiScene Hub you agree that the following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and a permanent lifetime ban at the sole discretion of ChiScene Hub admins:

• Hate speech, slurs, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
• Threats of violence, doxxing, or intimidation against any person.
• Sale, trade, or solicitation of illegal drugs, weapons, or any other illegal goods or services.
• Selling or attempting to sell anything other than event tickets through the app.
• Impersonating another user, venue, artist, or staff member.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or off-platform solicitation of payments outside an official ticket link.

Bans may be permanent and may be applied across all current and future ChiScene Hub franchise cities. Repeat or egregious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Users choose a screen name to appear in chats and public listings, and may opt to display as Anonymous instead. Screen names must be unique and must not impersonate another person, venue, brand, or public figure.

Your real identity is required to use the app. Real name, email, and (optionally) phone are stored privately and are visible only to ChiScene Hub admins for safety, ban enforcement, and lawful response to legal process. Other users will only ever see your screen name (or "Anonymous").

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside marketing agencies, data brokers, or any third party for advertising purposes. Your information is used only to operate ChiScene Hub, improve the product, enforce our conduct rules, and provide aggregated, anonymous analytics to the owner so the app can keep getting better.

We track in-app clicks (e.g. ticket and travel-partner referrals) for attribution and payouts. Those analytics are aggregate and do not expose your identity to partners.

Users may optionally save payment methods to make future purchases faster. Card data is stored only with our PCI-compliant payment processor — ChiScene Hub never sees or stores full card numbers. You can remove a saved payment method at any time from your account page.

ChiScene Hub, its name, logo, taglines, layout, feature set, AI-concierge concept, franchise model, partner-tracking dashboard, and all related design and code are the exclusive intellectual property of ChiScene Hub and its owner.

Any copying, cloning, reverse-engineering, scraping, re-implementation, or substantially similar derivative — by any person, company, AI system, or other entity — will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade-dress infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets. This includes using ChiScene Hub's content to train or fine-tune AI models without express written permission.

We may update these terms as the app and franchise grow. Material changes will be announced in-app and require re-acceptance before continued use.
